My current focus is on expanding these strategic capabilities throughout the organization and across all data domains, emphasizing robust data strategy, effective data governance, and pragmatic roll-out. Significant efforts are dedicated to fostering community building, promoting a growth mindset, and enabling collaboration. Previously, I specialized in asset-backed trading with hydro power plants, where I introduced a comprehensive model-based framework to maintain competitiveness in rapidly evolving markets.
