Abstract:
Large scale reuse of medical diagnostic data offers countless opportunities to optimize healthcare efficiency and quality. However, this data is sensitive, and our lab and hospital customers ask „what are you doing with my data?“. In order to unlock the potential, digital trust is key, so that customers will agree and work with Roche to leverage their data for the greater good.
In this session we will look at how the answer to the above question is becoming more and more specific over time. And we will cover how such specific answers require adjustments to how we relate to our customers, how we govern data across the whole value chain, and to our data culture.
