Alice Vaskova, Data & AI Strategy Advisor

Alice Vaskova is an advisor, lecturer, and consultant with over 25 years of experience at the intersection of data, AI, information systems, and human resources. She brings deep business acumen and multifunctional expertise shaped by a distinguished career in corporate leadership.

Alice has successfully led enterprise-wide data and analytics strategies for a leading FMCG company and spearheaded global data literacy programs. Her track record includes serving as a key transformation leader in strategic regional initiatives, acting as HR Director for an affiliate of over 2,000 employees, and delivering more than 10 large-scale IT programs. Her current focus is on enabling data-driven organizations through data and AI strategies, capability development, and human-centric transformation. Alice holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Master Program in Administration certificate from INSEAD, and multiple data and AI-related certifications from IMD, Berkeley ExecEd, and MIT Sloan. She is also a certified coach and recognized change leader.
