Passionate about human beings and their development, I help organizations define and implement their digital and data strategies.

Having been at both sides of the spectrum throughout my 20 years of experience, from data and digital strategy consultant to consumer, I have learnt to understand and appreciate the complexity of preparing and implementing a digital or data strategy.

While I was CIO, a position I held for 10 years, I developed the ability to be pragmatic and close to the realities of organizations. At that time, I could not have been considered a “digital native”, but I nonetheless led an internal digital transformation. Indeed, I learnt to adapt and lead the organization forward. As a result, I am able to support organizations, whose strategies are heckled by new digital tools, in a very concrete and down-to-earth way.

I am motivated by the delight of following your organization transform itself by fully exploiting and capitalizing on its innate DNA to become more performant while staying true to its core values. I remain convinced that in the phrase “Digital Transformation”, the most important word is “Transformation”, and that human capital is the main asset of the organization and the primary raw material for said transformation.
