Group Chief Data Officer, Axa
Arnaud began his career at The Bank of New York, where he held roles in operations management and product management. He then joined Accenture, contributing to transformation initiatives for Financial Services clients across the Benelux region through various leadership positions.
In 2013, Arnaud joined AXA Belgium as IT Director, overseeing customer and digital applications. He was appointed Chief Data Officer (CDO) for AXA Belgium in 2016, a role that was expanded to Chief Data and Analytics Officer (CDAO) in 2021.
Since June 2025, Arnaud serves as Chief Data Officer for the AXA Group.
