Christine Dominka-Kiss is Head of Data Governance at Austrian Post, where she leads the implementation of enterprise-wide Data Governance, Master Data Management, and data quality initiatives. She has more than 20 years of experience in data management, analytics, business intelligence, and data science across industries including telecommunications, postal services, and consulting. Before joining Austrian Post, she held leadership positions at Tele2 in Vienna and GAPbuster Worldwide in Melbourne, managing Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse, and Analytics teams. Earlier in her career, she worked as a consultant and senior analyst for o2 Germany, focusing on data mining, customer analytics, and social network analysis. She also worked as a research associate at the Technical University of Munich, conducting research in predictive analytics, relational data mining, and customer relationship management

She holds a degree in Business Informatics from the Technical University of Vienna and received her PhD in Computer Science from the Technical University of Munich, where her research focused on leveraging social networks for customer relationship management.
