Abstract:
The starting point for ensuring data consistency at the global level is to define common benchmarks. The company’s turnover has quadrupled in twenty years, and from a very industrial DNA, we have been able to evolve to offer a wide variety of offers including products, solutions, projects, services and software. Setting up a coherent data management between very distant activities and a diversified portfolio – is an eminently complex task. How can we achieve cross-functional data management across all these business models? This required the development of repositories and their deployment in hybrid mode so that the common systems set up centrally would benefit all the geographies, business units and functions of the group.
