Caitlin Halferty is Head of Data & Analytics at Thomson Reuters, where she leads the global strategy to scale data and AI as drivers of growth, product innovation, and customer value. Previously, she was Global Chief Data Officer at Ericsson, leading enterprise transformation in data and AI. She was also a founding member of IBM’s first Global Chief Data Office, where she launched the AI Accelerator and built a portfolio of 25 AI products and solutions that generated more than $350 million in revenue in the first three years. Caitlin holds a master’s degree in Public Policy & Statistics from Georgetown University and is a frequent keynote speaker and industry advisor.
