Michael Zaugg, Swiss, born in 1972, has been Chief Corporate Officer since 2017 and Chairman of the Ypsomed Group Pension Fund Foundation since 2020. Previously, he held HR leadership roles at ABB, BKW FMB AG, Valiant Bank AG, schärpartners ag, and Credit Suisse. He holds an Executive Master’s in HR Management from ZHAW and a lic. rer. pol. from the University of Basel, focusing on HR, marketing, and environmental economics.
